Eager to get a jump on the Game Developers Conference next week, Ubisoft announced today a new soccer project that would focus more on the intensity of the sport and less on those stupid yellow cards. The game is called Pure Futbol Soccer, and it's slated to arrive this May for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, under the guidance of Ubisoft Vancouver.
The game features an arcade-style over-the-shoulder camera view and not a single referee in site. Furthermore, it has 230 elite soccer players, 17 international teams, and 17 legendary players, with gamers able to make their own custom player. There's also four player local matches and online one-on-one match-ups available as well.
