Earlier today, EA Sports revealed some of its fiscal plans for the upcoming year, including a revealing of when to expect some of the bigger sports titles later on in 2010. These include the obvious, like Madden NFL 11, NHL 11, NBA Live 11, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11, etc. But what about EA Sports MMA and NBA Jam, two newcomers to the roster? Well, good news. According to EA's figures, both of these games will arrive just in time for the holiday season, somewhere between early October and December. (We're guessing closer to October, to coincide with the new NBA season and the MMA pay-per-views.)
However, one title we couldn't help notice was missing was NCAA Basketball 11. Apparently, EA Sports might be on the cusp of cancelling the series, despite the impressive revamping that it recently went through with NCAA Basketball 10. Could the company be considering a download only format like it did with EA March Madness, or scrapping it entirely? We'll try to get some answers and find out soon.
