Speaking today at the Morgan Stanley's Technology, Media, and Telecom Conference, EA Sports president Peter Moore stated some strong facts about the company's Active workout franchise -- it's a best seller. Throughout the current fiscal year (ending this month), both games have sold well over $125 million in revenue, adding to an already booming home fitness market that was originally dominated by Wii Fit. (Guess this is no longer the case.)
Furthermore, Moore stated that the company still showed interest in both Project Natal and Sony's Arc (wand) controller, stopping just short of confirming the game for other platforms. But c'mon, it's a given. After all, if it makes that much on just one system, why can't it clean up on more platforms? Maybe we'll hear something more come next week at GDC...
